T19 is the UK’s leading independent 1-2-1 agency. They help some of the UK’s biggest brands have more impactful conversations with their existing and future customers. Their audience-centric approach uses human psychological and behavioural insights to ensure their ideas and communications truly resonate with their clients’ customers, resulting in fully joined-up conversations that deliver brilliant customer experiences.

Challenge

When T19 initially approached us, their value proposition was quite different to their offering today. All agencies need to be continuously evolving in order to keep on top of technological and economical advances. We have worked with them closely over the last 6 years, acting as their front-end sales team, ensuring that we have kept a constant flow of opportunities filtering into the pipeline, in spite of the increased pressure felt by agencies across the sector.
